Noor Fabric House is a women's fashion and fabric brand based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We specialise in premium-quality ethnic and contemporary women's clothing, including suits, sarees, dupattas, kurtis, and fabric by the metre. Our store operates online through our Shopify-powered website.

 

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

•         You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

•         You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law

•         You are not prohibited from using our website or purchasing our products under any applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

You may browse our website without creating an account. However, to track orders, save addresses, and access your purchase history, you may register an account.

 

You agree to:

•         Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration

4. Products & Descriptions

We take great care to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:

•         Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings — actual fabric colours may vary marginally from what you see online

•         Product images are for representational purposes only; minor design or embellishment details may differ between production batches

•         Fabric weights, textures, and drape descriptions are provided in good faith and based on our best assessment

•         We reserve the right to discontinue any product, change product specifications, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice

 

If you are uncertain about a product, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing — we are happy to share additional photos, fabric swatches (where available), or measurements.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

 

We accept the following payment methods:

•         Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

•         UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

•         Net banking

•         Wallets (as supported by our payment gateway)

•         Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pin codes and order values

 

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay / Shopify Payments. Noor Fabric House does not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.

 

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

 

6. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only upon:

•         Successful completion of payment (for prepaid orders), or

•         Successful verification of your COD order by our team

 

Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order ID. Please retain this for your records.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where:

•         Products are out of stock or discontinued

•         Payment verification fails

•         Suspected fraud or policy violations are identified

•         Incorrect pricing was displayed due to a technical error

 

In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are outlined below:

•         Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days (free above ₹999, nominal charge below)

•         Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charge applicable)

•         Remote / Non-serviceable Pin Codes: May take longer or may not be serviceable — we will inform you if this applies to your order

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Noor Fabric House is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

 

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Noor Fabric House passes to you upon dispatch of the order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

•         Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products

•         Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact

•         Certain items (including fabric by the metre, sale items, and customised/stitched garments) are non-returnable

•         Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

•         We offer exchanges subject to stock availability

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within the stipulated return window.

 

9. Customisation & Stitching Services

Where offered, our customisation and stitching services are subject to the following terms:

•         Customised and stitched orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect

•         Accurate measurements must be provided by the customer — Noor Fabric House is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements

•         Minor variations in embroidery, print placement, or embellishment are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects

•         Turnaround time for stitching is 7–14 business days, subject to order volume and complexity

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Noor Fabric House website — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, design layouts, and written content — is the intellectual property of Noor Fabric House or its licensors.

 

You may not:

•         Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent

•         Use our brand name, logo, or imagery for commercial purposes

•         Scrape or harvest data from our website using automated tools

•         Create derivative works based on our content

 

Personal, non-commercial use of our website content (such as sharing a product link or screenshot) is permitted, provided appropriate credit is given to Noor Fabric House.

•         Misuse of discount codes (including reselling or sharing without authorisation) may result in order cancellation

•         Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
