Return & Refund Policy

At Noor Fabric House, we take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before it reaches you. We strive to provide an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing it immediately.

Returns

Due to the nature of apparel products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Slight colour variations due to photography or screen settings

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size guide, and product images before placing an order.

Exchange / Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the unopened package until the complete product is visible. This helps us verify transit-related issues.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Replacement requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
  • We are unable to fulfil your order.
  • A replacement cannot be arranged for an approved claim.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Information

Please note:

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to studio lighting, photography, and differences in screen settings.
  • Minor variations in embroidery placement, lace, print alignment, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics of designer garments and should not be considered defects.
  • Product measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement.

These variations are normal and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
